Parietal-frontal Circuit

Helps establish God’s presence and allows for perception of God in space.  It draws together the connection between the distinction of God and self.  A decrease in activity in the parietal lobe leads to an increased sense of selflessness.  Separation from God decreases.  The parietal-frontal circuit in particular helps establish a relationship between our conceptions of “self” and “God”.  It helps establish the feeling of God’s presence in time and space as well as our connection to this reality.
